MIDSUMMER GARDEN PARTY

Families! Bring the little ones along for a lovely summer solstice play session in the garden with Family Hive & the Squash Garden Gang – harvesting, cooking, eating and planting. Plus join in the mini midsummer procession and music bash! Tasty snacks on sale!

SOLSTICE EVE JOURNEY; PROCESSION & SUPPER Monday 20th June 7pm – 10pm
Squash invite you to take part in a summer solstice evening journey, from mid eve to sundown, honouring the landscape in and around Windsor Street. Join us alongside artists, gardeners, musicians and healing practitioners who’ll help guide us in ritual-making, self-nurture and merriment. Carrying fire, spring water and plants as special guests, we’ll process, dance, eat, plant and take in midsummer night, together. In partnership with Tate Liverpool.

SOLSTICE SUNRISE & BREAKFAST Tuesday 21st June 4.30am-6am Princes Park & 6am-8am Squash FREE / DROP IN
Early birds! Join us in the park to welcome in the solstice dawn with a stretch by the fire and a healing sound bath (bring a mat, cushions & a blanket). Meet under the big oak tree near Woodhenge. Devonshire Rd/ Belvedere gate. Followed by a tasty solstice breakfast at Squash.

SOLSTICE CRAFT SESSIONS
Saturday 11th June 11-3pm at Squash & Wednesday 15th June 10-12 noon in the Garden
Come along and help prepare for the upcoming solstice eve procession – we’ll be making beautiful things to carry and wear!

PRINCES PARK VOLUNTEERING SESSION
Sunday 12th June 10.30-2.30 Princes Park (drop-in)
Join Squash gardeners and Friends of Princes Park volunteers to help ‘prepare the ground’ for solstice ritual squash planting. Meet at the container near Woodhenge. Also come & practice our solstice eve dance around the oak at 2pm!
