Enjoy a delicious spring dinner on full moon night! Chefs Edlira Bunga and Sean Paul Reading are excited to share the fresh tastes of the season with you, with inspiration from our wonderful patron Andi Oliver! Vegetarian and vegan, organic & ethical produce, including salad leaves, herbs & rhubarb from our own community gardens,  locally foraged delights plus Squash made sourdough & cream cheese. 

MENU: VEGETARIAN & VEGAN

– Rhubarb fizz

– Springy nettle soup w/wild garlic oil & sourdough focaccia

– Gozleme filled flatbread w/chard, leeks & feta plus our cream cheese & green sauce dip

– Beetroot & walnut salad

– L8 seakale, spring leaves & edible flowers

– Coconut & lime cheesecake

– Fresh mint tea

We’ll be serenaded by the wonderful world fusion folk band, KALOCO & weather permitting we’ll enjoy a song or 2 around the garden fire. By feasting with us you’ll also be raising funds for ‘Soup-it-Forward’, Squash’s initiative supporting neighbours in need of nourishment. Please note Squash is an alcohol free venue.
