Come and check out our festive winter produce! When you shop local at a community business like Squash you are supporting local people, protecting local jobs and contributing to our free programme of arts, nature & wellbeing work.

We’ve lots of carefully chosen cupboard staples, plus our own Squash-made preserves, cream cheese, hummus and our famous turmeric tonic! Our brilliant seasonal, organic fruit and veg comes from Organic North* There’s also great products for gifts including Palestinian producers Zaytoun, rainbow candles from Moorlands, beautiful Landworkers Alliance calendars & lovely hand-crafted lavender bags, hop pillows & cat-nip mice made by our brilliant garden volunteers with herbs grown on Windsor Street!

ORDER YOUR ORGANIC CHRISTMAS VEG BOX FROM US BY 9TH DECEMBER!

Order your veg box at the till in Squash or by emailing becky@squashliverpool.co.uk by Tuesday 9^th December. Boxes can be picked up form Squash between 10am & 4pm from Thursday 18^th to Sunday 21^st December. Veg boxes cost £20. Each box is packed with love by our team and includes approx: 1.5kg potatoes, 1kg carrots, 250g parsnips, 250g onions, 500g sprouts, 1 green cabbage, 1 squash, 1 swede, 300g chestnut mushrooms, 1 bulb of garlic, a Christmas chilli + a fresh herb bundle from our Grapes Community Food Garden.

This festive season, if you can, please make a donation to our ‘Soup-it-Forward’ or ‘Box-it-Forward social food schemes here. We supply free veg boxes all year round to refugees & asylum seekers through Family Refugee Support Project and serve over 1200 free bowls of soup to neighbours in need in the Squash cafe. Please also see our ‘FOOD IS A HUMAN RIGHT’ poster campaign, with profits from posters purchased going to KHARTOUM AID KITCHEN & ‘Soup-it-Forward’.
